Biometric Support Analyst

iProov is looking for a Biometric Support Analyst to join the growing AI function in our talented Science & Research team based in London. You will be responsible for providing biometric expertise and analysis to help our growing number of customers.

iProov is on a mission to make the internet a safer place for businesses and consumers. Our unique facial biometric technology allows banks, governments, healthcare and travel providers to verify customer identity online and provide simple access to secure services.

We work with fantastic customers across a number of industry sectors – organisations using our technology include the US Department of Homeland Security, the UK Home Office, the NHS, Eurostar, the Singapore government, ING and many more.

The Biometric Support Analyst is expected to be remote until the end of 2021 and will then be based from our London HQ. The Biometric Support Analyst will report to the Head of Biometric Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and keep track of tickets and resulting actions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Biometric platform
  • Investigate performance issues and answer customer queries
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure excellent customer response

Qualifications:

  • A degree in  a numerate or analytical discipline
  • An interest in biometrics, computer vision and machine learning
