The Role:

With exciting and ambitious growth plans, iProov will be undergoing a considerable amount of change.  As such there is a need for the right person, with considerable experience in business analysis and change management, to join our growing team and make this happen.  Working as part of our Operations and People function, this role is a cross-functional execution focused role with the responsibility for developing and evaluating improvement opportunities to business structure, systems, and process.  Collaborating with, and coordinating, key stakeholders across the business, this person will also ensure effective performance indicators and controls are in place to monitor key business objectives and activities.

As this is an execution and results driven role, along with practical day to day business analysis, this person will also need hands on experience in project management.  Certifications in project management is an advantage, as is accreditation in process improvement methodologies

  • Analysing structure, processes, and supporting systems to determine as-is operating activity, objectives, and performance against targets
  • Preparing and delivering findings to key stakeholders with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
  • Designing of potential solutions to any challenges identified
  • Collaborating with other key subject matter experts in identifying and implementing of approved improvements to business operations
  • Overseeing the implementation of approved changes to structure, process, and systems
  • Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams on change
  • Carrying out periodic checks on ways of working, processes, and systems

You will need: 

  • Demonstrable experience in business analysis; analytical thinking and problem solving, process modelling, cost benefit analysis, business performance scorecard development, risk management methodologies
  • Hands on involvement in cross functional projects, facilitating and driving improvements into sustainable change
  • Strong ability to work across functions, coordinating and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
  • Experience working in high-growth / complex organisations with ability to operate successfully in a lean fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask, take ownership and be efficient in ambiguous situations
