Business Development Manager

iProov is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing SaaS organization and a world leader in facial biometric authentication technology. The Business Development Manager is an essential part of the Revenue team and an ideal role for those excited about a career in technology sales.

iProov is on a mission to make the internet a safer place for businesses and consumers. Our unique facial biometric technology allows banks, governments, healthcare and travel providers to verify customer identity online and provide simple access to secure services. We were named a Gartner Cool Vendor in October 2020 and have fantastic customers across a number of industry sectors – organisations using our technology include the US Department of Homeland Security, the UK Home Office, Eurostar, the Singapore government, ING and many more.

To support iProov’s rapid growth, we’re looking for enthusiastic, organised individuals excited by new challenges. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of BDRs to help achieve both their individual and team targets.

The Business Development Representative is expected to be remote until summer 2021 and will then be based at our London HQ with the flexibility to work remotely as required. The Business Development Manager will report to the VP of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Build a high performance team of BDRs to deliver  opportunities with brands, government and partners.
  • Ensure that teams efficiently respond and qualify inbound leads.
  • Help build and prioritise strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel cadences across target accounts.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Coach and support BDRs to achieve both their individual and team targets.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed KPI.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 years Sales/Business Development experience within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Genuine Passion for Sales/Business Development
  • General understanding of Sales Enablement Platforms, CRM, and prospecting tools.
  • Great attitude as well as a growth mindset of exceeding expectations and targets.
  • A team player who is able to take accountability and direction.
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, driven and intelligent.
  • Organised and adaptable.
  • Sense of humour.

Benefits:
