Content Manager, UK

iProov is looking for an experienced B2B Content Manager to help build an innovative brand that is changing the world with biometric technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team in an exciting industry sector.

iProov is on a mission to make the internet a safer place for businesses and consumers. Our unique facial biometric technology allows banks, governments, healthcare and travel providers to verify customer identity online and provide simple access to secure services.

We work with fantastic customers across a number of industry sectors – organisations using our technology include the US Department of Homeland Security, the UK Home Office, the NHS, Eurostar, the Singapore government, ING and many more.

The Content Manager is expected to be remote until summer 2021, with regular travel thereafter to the London HQ as required. The Content Manager reports into the Global Head of Marketing.


  • Produce a wide range of high quality B2B content for marketing and demand generation, from long-form content to shorter pieces
  • Act as editor-in-chief for iProov content, ensuring quality, clarity and consistency
  • Create a content strategy that drives measurable engagement throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle
  • Monitor and analyze metrics relating to content, producing actionable reports and delivering on KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in our industry sectors and respond rapidly to new ideas or themes
  • Work with brand, demand generation and product marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns

You will need: 

  • Excellent copy-writing skills – the ability to write engaging copy that explains complex ideas in a digestible and exciting way is essential
  • Story-telling ability – you need to engage a reader from the first sentence and take them on a journey through your content; previous experience working in journalism would be highly desirable
  • A love for communicating across all content forms, from report-writing to animation storyboards
  • B2B experience – it is essential that you are skilled at writing content aimed at enterprises and/or governments
  • Project management skills – the ability to manage workflows and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Top-notch organizational capabilities
  • Experience of working with Google Analytics or other analytics tools would be an advantage
