iProov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is currently hiring a US Public Sector Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing function in the US.
The Field and Channel Marketing Managers’ (Americas) primary responsibility will be to partner with internal and channel partner stakeholders in the region to increase awareness and generate demand. Public sector experience preferred. This is a results-oriented role, responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns within the US Public Sector.
How you’ll make an impact
- Build marketing strategies to support regional targets and serve as the primary owner of regional field and channel partner activities in the Americas
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing programs to drive awareness, generate demand, and increase conversion
- Collaborate with iProov marketing and Regional Sales on Go-To-Market strategy
- Create innovative ways to optimise buyers’ journeys for partner led deals and convert prospects to customers
- Manage, execute, and participate in regional events, industry meetings, conferences and tradeshows for brand awareness and demand generation
- Generate leads along ideal customer profile (ICP) guidelines and inspect follow through
- Optimise marketing tactics based on performance against corporate/regional targets
- Monitor and track field marketing expenses within the annual budget
- Serve as a liaison with Marketing Teams affiliated with our partners in the channel
- Have the opportunity to travel – between 10% and 25% of the time
So, what makes a strong candidate?
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity or relevant experience in marketing software solutions; 5-7 years of experience managing field and/or channel activities with particular expertise in both in -person and virtual events
- A passion for innovation and creativity, an innate ability to think outside of the box
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, enterprise cybersecurity buyers, their behaviour, and the channels to best reach and influence them
- Ability to work collaboratively across business units with an emphasis on supporting Regional Sales Leaders in the Americas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative, results-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Dedication and accountability to achieving results and a desire for continued success
- A positive attitude, friendly outgoing demeanour, and willingness to take a few risks
