The Role:

iProov is seeking an experienced Finance Manager that will play an important part in the company’s growth by managing the AP and AR side on the business. The person will be a part of high achieving and growing Finance team by looking after a team of 2 excellent finance professionals. This is a newly created position, and the successful candidate will gain exposure to improving existing processes, global finance processing and implementing a new ERP system.

The candidate will report to the VP of Global Finance and will have managed a team of at least 2 people previously, with further exposure to Revenue calculations for Tech companies and strong AP experience. This role will suit someone with 2+ years of experience in the audit space/ someone looking to move out of there first practice.

  • Fully manage all activities of a team of 2, comprising of a Financial Accountant and Accounts assistant
  • Fully manage the Payables side of the business including looking after key supplier accounts and be responsible for pay runs
  • Manage the AR process by making sure all invoices are raised correctly in a timely manner and money is collected on time
  • Revenue forecasting and other ad hoc reporting
  • Assist in implementation of new ERP and Expense processing system
  • Daily review of the company’s cash position and provide short-term cash flow forecast
  • Work closely with the financial accountant on improving month end close processes
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Production of consolidated monthly management accounts (UK, US, Singapore, Netherlands)
  • Annual statutory accounts and associated tax filings
  • Liaise with auditors and the company’s external accounting firms
  • Assisting in production of the company budgets

You will need: 

  • Qualified at ACA level.
  • Strong AP experience
  • 2+ years of Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT skills like the use of financial software, databases and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s and other formulas)
  • Have an eye for continuous improvement
  • Experience implementing an ERP system (SAP, Netsuite) is desirable
