We are seeking an exceptional Global Head of Product Management to join a motivated and inspiring team. As the product leader at iProov, you will be the central hub in our business for a lot of critical information about our products, market, competitors, customers and prospects. You will gather and analyse data and business intelligence from these sources, and use it to inform creation of roadmap and commercialisation strategy. That strategy will anticipate the needs of our customers and drive our organization’s desire to continue its profitable growth and global market expansion across different sectors. You will lead and grow an exceptional team to execute the strategy, and drive organizational focus & alignment.

Primary Responsibilities:

As the Head of Product Management, you will report to the SVP Product & Marketing, and together be responsible for all aspects of product success including:

  • Providing leadership to your team of Product Managers
  • Defining vision for the product, leading on priority decisions and go-to-market strategy, in alignment with company objectives
  • Establishing product-market fit in new sectors and territories to expand our footprint
  • Commercialisation of the product, including pricing strategy, compliance and contractual requirements
  • Working closely with the technology and research teams, deploying efficient processes, defining KPIs & product success metrics and cadences for product delivery
  • Working in a highly collaborative environment with senior leaders and other stakeholders to ensure alignment

Qualifications:

You will have experience working in high growth, fast paced tech-first environments.  You are passionate about building & launching quality products, and developing high performing teams.

You will need:

  • Experience in leading global B2B SaaS products, that are fundamental to a business
  • A track record of implementing Product Management best practices and processes
  • A commercial perspective and will have worked with different business models in B2B tech
  • Experience in taking a product (not just feature) from initial concept, through to finding product-market fit, developing a go-to-market strategy, launch and iterative refinement
  • A highly analytical mindset and use data as evidence to inform your decision-making and communication
  • Experience being able to translate the company vision into product and technology roadmap.
  • Track record of managing, growing and retaining high performing teams
  • An empathetic personality and understand the mindsets of customers and stakeholders, can relate and have the ability to say “no”, explaining the why in terms that stakeholders understand, making friends along the way
  • Strong and recognised creative problem-solving skills and aptitude, experience in product lifecycle management and are comfortable with ambiguity, short deadlines and changing priorities

Salary:
