iProov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is currently hiring a HR Administrator to join our People function in London. How you’ll make an impact
- Provide administrative support to the People function (including Reward, Benefits and Learning) and across the business while ensuring our people have a great experience
- Prepare new hire offer documentation through our onboarding platform ensuring their employment documentation is received before their start date
- Deliver a welcoming and engaging day one induction to our new hires
- Ensure people documentation is held correctly, updated and maintained in line with GDPR requirements
- Ensure our HR system (Hibob) is correct and up to date: processing updates on behalf of employees and managers when required e.g. compensation changes, role transfers, new joiners, leavers etc
- Build and maintain our workflows in Hibob to ensure our processes are smooth and efficient
- Managing our International PEO (Deel) including administration and employee onboarding
- Update our company intranet with information and news
- Be our office culture champion by taking an active role in the creation and running of events/socials here at iProov, helping people access the office, keeping our space inviting and engaging and inviting
- Manage some day-to-day People Operations administration, including:
- Offer process (offer letters, background / right to work checks and contracts)
- Pay rise and/or job title changes letters, leaver documentation
- Employment references
- Identify, own and drive process improvement and efficiencies
- Work in the office in person at least 3 days a week to support our colleagues in person, and remote

- Experience of working in a prior HR/People role
