HR Manager, UK

iProov is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us on a part time basis due to an exciting period of growth. As a HR Manager, you will have experience in the different areas of HR and will work with business leaders and team members to deliver HR support in a proactive manner.

The HR Manager role is a true generalist role, providing a great opportunity for an HR professional who is keen to develop their skills within a fast paced and expanding environment. The HR Manager is expected to be remote until summer 2021 and will then be based from our London HQ.

Please note:

This is a 6 month, part-time FTC. The HR Manager will report to the Financial Controller.


  • To actively support all employees and line managers, providing advice, guidance and interpretation of HR policies and practices.
  • Assisting with Onboarding as well as Termination processes for employees.
  • Ensure processes and policies are in line with employment legislation.
  • Proven ER experience which include experience in advising and supporting managers with complex ER issues.
  • Experience and understanding of Visa & Immigration processes.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team and working closely with the Finance Team.
  • Experience with HR System Implementation.
  • General ad hoc HR queries as required.


  • Experience in a generalist role in rapid and fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of UK employment Law.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive with good communication skills.
  • Desirable International HR experience.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
