iProov is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our growing tech team in London. You will have the ability to to develop a suite of tools to aid the rapid diagnosis and resolution of customer affecting issues.

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will bring insight and expertise to the architecture & design necessary for the advancement of customer support systems and platform management to facilitate support of our successful products. In addition you will lead the design and implementation of applications to automate customer issue management and provide a complete set of tools to enable high level visibility of low-level issues.

The Lead Full Stack Engineer will be based in iProov’s London HQ, supporting teams around the world. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will report to the Head of Operations and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of support infrastructure to meet the needs of a fast-growing business.
• Architect, develop and optimize Tooling and dashboards including consideration of “off the shelf” options.
• Collaborate with wider iProov development teams to integrate and provision solutions.
• Maintain a constant improvement culture regarding the versatility and scope of the platform functionality.
• Set objectives for the team for technical deliverables.
• Work with project teams to define objectives and timescales.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the platform is maintained.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Full Stack development using JavaScript, Nginx, Python, MongoDB
• Experience architecting, developing and optimization of dashboards
• Kubernetes and Microservice runtime environments
• Conversant with Docker development environments and deployments
• Leadership and task designation & co-ordination
• Scripting / Bash
• Pipeline proficiency
• Operational environment familiarity
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a highly skilled, collaborative team environment
