The Role:

Our partners are a critical component to the continued year on year growth plans of iProov.  As such we are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to oversee the optimisation of all partner team processes and systems. There is a need for the right person, with considerable experience of end-to-end partnership delivery life-cycles, to join our growing team and make this happen. You will need to understand the objectives of multiple internal departments and partner types to ensure we are obtaining the highest quality data and the most efficient workflows while improving partner engagement. Collaborating with, and coordinating, key stakeholders across the business, you will also ensure effective performance indicators and controls are in place to monitor partnership activity while supporting implementation of optimisation opportunities.

As this is an execution and results driven role, along with practical day to day involvement with partnerships, you will also need demonstrable experience in project management delivery within lean high-growth organisations. Certifications in project management is an advantage, as is accreditation in process improvement methodologies

  • Overall end-to-end operational performance of our partnership management and delivery capability
  • Facilitate and optimise the tools, processes and technology to support our partners as well as our internal teams
  • Enable all stakeholders on best practices and proper use of all systems
  • Manage, support and optimise utilisation of tools related to partners and partner team objectives
  • Develop and implement controls and key performance indicators to report on partner engagement and integration adoption.
  • Collaborate across the organisation, including operations, revenue, sales, marketing and technology to maintain workflow and continuous improvements.
  • Own internal process on reporting, providing and presenting monthly partner analytics

You will need: 

  • Demonstrable record of evaluating, implementing, and optimising new tools to improve data, business outcomes, and efficiencies
  • Skilled at promoting best practices and training users on new tools
  • Project management expertise with formal certification an advantage (ie. Prince2, APM, PMP, or similar)
  • Strong experience working across functions, coordinating and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and data and how they connect to organisational objectives
  • Experience working in high-growth companies with ability to operate successfully in a lean fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, able to multitask, take ownership and be efficient in ambiguous situations
