Working as a key member of the Product Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for global, day-to-day management of product messaging and execution of marketing strategies to drive adoption of iProov’s products.
The Product Marketing Manager executes product launches, develops core positioning and messaging, and is the voice of the customer in campaign development and other cross-functional marketing initiatives.
How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and maintain working product knowledge and expertise across the iProov portfolio
- Drive launch planning and execution for the business unit/solution/product and support demand generation programs (acquisition and retention)
- Develop foundational marketing elements: core positioning, messaging, market segmentation, value statements & use cases, personas, buyer journey mapping
- Create product collateral, customer use cases, white papers, web content, thought-leading content, and sales tools to promote iProov’s products
- Measure effectiveness of product marketing programs
- Identify best opportunities for lead generation and help craft marketing plans and campaigns
- Support all stages of the sales cycle and help to script and design standard product presentations as necessary
- Liaise with customers (focus groups, usability and other market validation research, identify product references for industry and customer referrals)
- Provide enablement support for Sales and Partners
We tend to look for people with
- Extensive and Demonstrable Product Marketing experience
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and how customers use Biometric/ Digital Identity solutions to solve specific business problems
- Strong writing skills with the ability to take technical information and translate into value-based messaging
- Exceptional ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of database management systems such as Salesforce.com or other customer relationship marketing tools including creating custom reports and organising, tagging, segmentation, import and export of CRM data
