The Role:

iProov is embarking on the next stage of its exciting and ambitious growth plan.  As such there is the need for the right person, with excellent project management, influencing and communication skills, to join our growing Product & Marketing (P&M) area as an Operations Manager.  This is a key role in helping the P&M leadership team with planning, co-ordinating, tracking performance, identifying, and implementing improvements.

Given how influential P&M activity is on other parts of the business, you will also find yourself representing the function on many iProov wide planning and improvement activities.   Your analytical mindset and passion for data informed decision making will be critical as you work to develop pragmatic solutions to meet the challenges and opportunities that arise.  In doing so, you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of the product and marketing activities that are a key component to iProov’s future.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on putting in place the plans, controls, reporting, ways of working, rhythms, and routines to ensure the various parts of our Product & Marketing (P&M) function operate together as one to successfully in meet functional objectives
  • Working with the other P&M lead in identifying and implementing system, process, and performance improvements
  • Represent the P&M leadership, when required, on planning, opportunities, challenges, and improvements that touch other functions in our business
  • Collaborate, when required, with other teams in iProov to address customer and partner queries that involve cross functional team interaction

You will need: 

  • Demonstrable experience in project management and facilitating either a multi-skilled team, or more than one team, in executing a plan to meet an objective
  • An analytical mindset to drive data informed decision making across the team
  • An interest in continuous improvement and creating pragmatic solutions that clear roadblocks
  • Ability to work independently, prioritising tasks and requests based on value to the business
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills across a wide range and level of stakeholders
