Market demand is continuing to drive our rapid growth and we are seeking a motivated individual to join a busy team providing the sales and partner enablement operations function for our global product and marketing team.

Our sales and partner enablement platform is a key resource for our expanding partner community as well as our direct sales teams. The effective management of this area is critical to allow effective and ongoing enablement to drive success.

The role will include:

  • Supporting the development of our existing sales and partner enablement platform (Showpad)
  • Working with Partner enablement teams to ensure appropriate materials and content is easily accessible to our partner community
  • Content management including accurate tagging to ensure maximum findability of materials and assets
  • Onboarding new users to the enablement platform and setting up dedicated partner areas/instances
  • Preparing reports to identify content usage to enable the continual improvements for the findability of key content
  • Preparing and distributing news insights/updates to maximise awareness of new/updated content
  • Managing review/audit cycle of all materials, ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Providing support and input for key activities such as presentation, document and material creation
  • Maintaining market & competitor research & gather and share relevant insights

Candidates will need:

  • A structured approach to managing content and materials
  • Demonstrate ability for and skills in visual design to help to present our material in the best possible way
  • Experience in creating slides and presentations for business audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment & thrive on new challenges
  • Design skills in Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial
  • High levels of interpersonal skills as liaison with senior people and teams both internally and externally will be required
  • Strong written and verbal skills (English)

This is a full time role and the Sales and Partner Enablement Operations Exec will be expected to attend the London office for a minimum of one day per week. Other working days can be home based at the managers discretion and depending on business requirements.
