This role will report directly into the Global Head of Demand Generation.

The Role:

iProov is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager for APAC to own the strategy, planning, execution and evaluation of integrated marketing programs to achieve lead, pipeline and revenue goals for the company. We’re looking for a driven, creative and analytics-focused professional who is passionate about developing and implementing effective B2B demand generation campaigns that will generate qualified leads and help fuel the sales pipeline to support business growth goals.

The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. He or she will be responsible for optimising ROI by determining the appropriate program mix, executing campaigns, forecasting, measuring, analysing and reporting on the impact of demand generation. They will also be expected to have the strong leadership and mentoring skills to lead a small and eager team of demand gen professionals in region, and continue to build that team in accordance with the company’s rapid growth plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and execute demand generation programs for APAC through a variety of channels, including email marketing and nurture, digital marketing, content marketing, events, content syndication, webinars, and targeted outreach campaigns to drive a sufficient volume of leads/pipeline
  • Manage the budget for demand generation in your region
  • Manage the database (Marketing Automation and CRM) of customers and prospects, including target account lists
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact (ROI) of demand generation activities
  • Own management, program setup, and performance analysis for third-party lead generation vendors
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales and sales development teams to create and targeted and effective plan that reflects both company and regional objectives and focuses
  • Work collaboratively with partner and customer marketing deal expansion goals
  • Work closely with content and content marketing teams in the creation/utilisation of TOF/MOF content to feed the marketing funnel and optimise organic traffic and lead conversions
  • Work closely with Marketing operations team for timely and effective execution of regional campaigns
  • Manage and communicate lead generation project timelines to all affected marketing groups, ensuring that all lead generation activities are executed on time and on budget
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales and sales development teams, account management, leadership and the worldwide global and product marketing teams to plan, execute and manage demand generation programs

You will need: 

  • 4+ years of experience running B2B demand generation campaigns in a SaaS or technology-related market
  • Expertise across a spectrum of demand generation techniques (email, events, content, content syndication, webinars, digital etc.)
  • Previous experience owning, building, and executing regional demand generation plans from the ground up
  • Analytically-minded with a focus on target attainment
  • Experience negotiating contracts with various third-party vendors to efficiently optimise budget against targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to details
  • Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, confident, flexible and energetic with a can-do attitude
  • Marketing automation and CRM experience – Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketo preferred
