As part of a dynamic organization which has rapidly attained recognition as the world leader in online biometric security you will play a key role in Leading our operational functional capacity required to meet the needs of our expanding worldwide customer base.
You will lead the design and implementation of applications to automate customer issue management and provide a complete set of tools to enable high level visibility of low-level issues. Working to develop a suite of tools to aid the rapid diagnosis and resolution of customer affecting issues the role will be both involved and exciting as you lead the team and work alongside other iProov technical areas to provide the desired new tooling. You will bring insight and expertise to the architecture & design necessary for the advancement of customer support systems, and platform management, to facilitate support of our successful products.
The System Development Lead will report to the Head of Global Operations and Compliance.

iProov offers a competitive salary. The role if offering up to £65,000 pa and it will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
