The Role:

Reporting to the RVP Sales, America’s iProov is looking for a bold and ambitious Vice President of Sales – LATAM to build on our worldwide traction and launch our biometric technology in the region.

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to build, grow and manage a direct and partner led sales strategy through the region.  This exciting role is perfect for someone with a passion and track record for building business in a fast growing technology company and has an entrepreneurial spirit to create a great team to help iProov grow to the next level.

The right candidate will bring a perfect blend of the art and science of technology sales with a disciplined go-to-market approach, revenue-generation in mind, in-depth understanding of KPIs along with excellent team-building ability.

  • Drive revenue across LATAM shaping an overarching strategy for revenue through direct and indirect channels
  • Create and implement a specific Public Sector strategy throughout the region.
  • Build relationships with teams across iProov to help grow pipeline and reach sales targets
  • Play an active role in sales activities and help close our largest opportunities
  • Consistently manage and report on sales metrics to executive team and board

You will need: 

  • 7+ years experience closing large, complex technology deals in both the commercial and public sector across the LATAM region
  • 7+ years experience cultivating strong relationships and closing large, complex technology deals with channel partners across the LATAM region
  • A bold vision for how to dominate a competitive market
  • Laser focused self-starter who is looking to exceed expectations in a fast moving environment
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

  • Knowledge of the biometrics or identity industries
