As a Solutions Consultant at iProov you’ll play a critical part in our customers’ - and iProov’s, success!
You will be responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the iProov sales cycle. You will sell to Enterprise and Mid Market executives, convincing C-level and director level executives of the technical merits of the product. The Solutions Architect will be the consultative and technical bridge between our sales representatives and their prospects. They will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers.
As part of a growing organisation which has rapidly attained recognition as the world leader in online biometric security you will play a key role in the expansion of our operational capacity required to meet the needs of our expanding worldwide customer base.
Based in our new Singapore location and working in a small team supported by the
established UK organisation you will be responsible for developing and operating the
companies first overseas Service Operations Centre. You will be from a technical
background and familiar with support and development - the role will be pivotal in defining the company’s new operations platform and you will bring insight and expertise to its design and delivery.
