Operations Support Leader - Singapore

Job Summary

As part of a growing organisation which has rapidly attained recognition as the world leader in online biometric security you will play a key role in the expansion of our operational capacity required to meet the needs of our expanding worldwide customer base.

Based in our new Singapore location and heading a small team supported by the established UK organisation you will be responsible for Managing, Developing and Operating the companies first overseas Service Operations Centre. You will be an experienced technical leader and familiar with managing support and development functions - the role will be pivotal in developing the company’s new operations platform and you will bring insight and expertise to its design and delivery.


Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain scheduled tasks and operations
Asses and develop procedures to enhance efficiency and optimise functions
Complete all routine administration
Liaise with development groups and perform upgrades and installations
Identify, develop, and coordinate enhancements with relevant departments
Ensure the security and integrity of the platform is maintained
Ensure security of customer data and process integrity

Be able to manage one other team member

Qualifications & Skills

Cloud platform operations
Kubernetes and Runtime environments (Preferably Docker)
Security and IP Networking Appreciation
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
