iProov has been recognized by Deloitte as the 5th fastest growing technology company in the UK. iProov secured a top five spot in Deloitte’s 2020 UK Technology Fast 50 list, with a 6351% growth rate in the four-year period.

Deloitte’s UK Fast 50 is one of the UK’s foremost technology awards programs. Now in its twenty-third successful year, it is an acknowledgement of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in the UK. The ranking is based on revenue growth over the last four years, from 2016 to 2019.

Andrew Bud CBE, CEO and Founder of iProov, said: “We at iProov are absolutely delighted to be recognized in this way. It’s a huge tribute to the iProov team, in London, Washington DC and Singapore, which has risen so successfully to the many challenges of fast growth and leadership in our rapidly expanding market.”

“The need for online identity verification is greater now than ever before. iProov is supporting an ever-increasing number of businesses and governments around the world, who are using biometric authentication to give customers and citizens secure, simple access to digital services. Face verification removes the complexity of passwords and reduces online crime and identity theft, bringing greater inclusivity, trust and security to the world.”

Duncan Down, lead partner for the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 programme, said: “The 2020 Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 highlights the success being achieved within the sector today. The 50 fastest growing UK technology companies, as ranked by Deloitte, generated around £2.2bn in total annual revenues in the year 2019/20 and employed more than 10,400 people. The Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 recorded an average three-year growth rate of 2,898 per cent.”

iProov’s Genuine Presence Assurance technology is being used by enterprises and governments globally. The UK Home Office is using iProov, in partnership with WorldReach Software, for the EU Settlement Scheme, named the world’s most successful digital onboarding program for immigration, with over 4 million successful applications to date. The US Department of Homeland Security is using iProov technology in a pilot for remote border management. Eurostar is working with iProov to deploy an optional walk-through biometric facial verification corridor at St Pancras International Station. iProov is onboarding users for NHS login, enabling access to health records, appointments and prescriptions. iProov is also working with the Singapore government, providing face verification to millions of national digital identity users wanting to access over 500 digital services.
