Our Mission
iProov’s mission is to bring trust to the internet by allowing individuals to prove that they are who they say they are online. Every day, our team of iProovers is crossing new frontiers in using biometric authentication to allow secure, simple online access to services in travel, financial services, government, health, social media, and more.

We also host a Monthly Mindshare, where teams and individuals can share their unique knowledge and expertise with the rest of the company.
iProovers can expect
- An Organisational Development Manager committed to supporting iProovers with their learning and development needs, designing and delivering bespoke workshops (online and remote)
- A £250 ($325 for US employees) annual personal development budget via our partnership with Learnerbly for books, e-learning, conferences, external coaching, e-books, audiobooks, and podcasts
- Access to government-funded courses (up to Master’s level) to enhance role-specific skills, knowledge, and behaviors (UK)
- Bespoke iProover management and leadership training, available to all (with more to come)
As well as working hard, we like to have fun. We’ve adapted our social events to suit a scaling company with employees across the globe. These include weekly virtual donut chats to help us get to know people in different teams.
That said, we also like to socialize the old-fashioned way. You can often find iProovers catching up over a free WeWork barista coffee, beer or prosecco. Likewise, outside of work you may see us in one of Waterloo’s many restaurants, pubs or coffee shops. We hold regular hybrid and in-person socials like online gaming nights and pizza meet-ups.
Twice a year, we fly our global iProovers to the London office to celebrate at our no-expense-spared Winter and Summer parties. In previous years, they’ve been hosted at esteemed locations such as Tobacco Dock and the the WeWork rooftop bar (accompanied by a live band and stunning London skyline views).
