A new report from iProov shows that Americans resoundingly want the DMVs to provide online services.

  • 90% said they would pay a fee to forego an in-person appointment and renew a driver’s license online
  • 42% have put off getting a REAL ID because they did not want to go to the DMV in-person
  • When asked “how could the DMV improve customer service?”, 54% said “allow me to do things online”
